Zapcatting today

This is not really about Hodgkins, but just to show things are "normal" I went on a team celebration Zapcatting today. This is basically about strapping a massive motor onto a small raft and seeing if you can keep it on the water:

This originally got cancelled 4 weeks ago. I didn't tell the doctor it was back on, so he didn't say I couldn't do it. Mainly it involved being thrown around at high speed in very sharp turns and flying over the wake of another boat to try and get airbourne. So, at the end of it, I have aching arms and legs from hanging on for dear life.

But it takes my mind off things. Should I tell the doctor?
