Post chemo day

As has happened after the previous days I didn't get a lot of sleep last night. But I managed okay this morning. I did feel slightly sick today for the first time, but it was only a feeling and it went away by late morning. My left hand where the canular went in yesterday is a bit swollen and reddish, but not painful. This may be because the saline ran out before the end of the last of the chemo so it was going in a bit more concentrated and might have caused more irritation.

We managed a good day out today at Moors Valley Park on the Ringwood side of the New Forest. We took a picnic and went round some great play areas spread through the woods that Matthew enjoyed greatly. We also took a picnic and went on the steam railway. Lovely weather, great relaxation.

We had a BBQ this evening (meat thoroughly cooked) and Sam even let me have 2 beers!
