A lot of comments from my readers have shown that you all like my green bin/black bin description of treatment weeks. Some of you will also be aware of the new phase my treatment that is about to begin - over the next few weeks I will be having scans on a Monday. Monday is the collection day for food waste here from the brown bins. I was, therefore, getting ready to announce the brown bin day.
But to my horror we have received a letter from the council saying that, as from this week, brown bins will be collected on Fridays. Do these people have no idea what confusion this will cause? I'm not sure how I'm going to remember my scan dates.
Feeling good today. Just knackered a bit from swimming this evening.
