The hair is coming back slowly. It's starting to look a bit like Action Man realistic hair (for anyone who can remember that). It doesn't look as thick as it did before. Not sure if that's because it's still quite short or that maybe not all my follicles have come back yet.
I now have a bit of a cold building. This is the first time for 4 months that I've been ill and just at the point where my immune system should be getting back to normal.
I had some bad news today - I found out that I am no longer able to be a blood donor - ever. This is worse than finding out about the illness really. Having got through all the treatment and feeling that I am now cured I find that in some sense I never will be. So the bottom line is that I need someone to take my place. So, if anyone is still reading this, can you volunteer:
